And we would focus on the national matters and the by-election, but Labour are so far in front now. They can pretty much

give up, can't they? They pretty much won the next election. So we'll leave that to one side

and then focus on the things that really matters to the people of Portsmouth, which is last Tuesday's

full council meeting.

It's almost like that's the opposite of a message of guarding against complacency and hoping

for a different result.

I think miracles, we should be wary of miracles and the 1992 all over again.
