Hello, hello everyone. I'm Lexi Lombard, your host to the at Lexi

podcast and I'm in such a giddy good mood that I actually might find

myself giggling throughout sentences because I feel that happy. First and foremost I want to

give the biggest thank you to those you who reached out after my last episode.

I was a really tricky one, a really difficult one to record.

It was the year anniversary of my mom passing.

It was hard to believe that it had been a year and I've wanted to document the experience, I want to be open about grief, I want to be open about loss and I want to be open about death.

And there was an element that I touched on briefly

in the last episode that I want to really do a deep dive in.

And we're gonna play a little murder mystery game, but it's going to be instead of figuring out who was murdered.

We're going to figure out what was this mysterious full-body purge that I experienced, okay?

Because that is what happened. I'm going to give you the story of what led up to it and then I'm going to give you five options ranging from very rational to completely irrational and bonkers.

What would make the most sense is I'm going to create a Tik-Tok.

No, that doesn't make the most sense.
