But we're going to talk about Zenos today. That's what we promised in the last episodes. We'll talk about some of the Zenos changes for Warrammer 40K 8th edition in this episode. So I guess let's just jump right into it, because I'd like to talk about the orcs, for instance,

and how their Wog and Mob Rule gives them benefits in 8th edition.

I think that these things have become innately 8th, and they're good.

I mean, they fit right into the context of what the game

works now and they're extremely thematic when you think about how orcs work uh in in any kind

of narrative that you see in a work in uh the the more boys there are the braver they get

that's what we want right yeah and that's that's that's the absolute way it should be they should

not they should not give a crap that 30 other dudes just died.

They're still going for it.

And so the leadership tests, I'm a big fan about the fact that morale is not an issue for them as long as they're in a big gaggle.

Well, let me read a couple of their abilities here.

They've got, here we go. And a unit with this ability can reril felt charge rolls. So that's pretty strong for the units that have that. And then the mob rule, a unit with this ability can use a number of models in their unit as the leadership characteristic. In addition, a unit with this ability can use the leadership characteristic of any friendly orc within six inches. And that doesn't mean just characters.

That's any friendly ork.

So if there's a pack of knobs or something nearby, you would expect knobs, one, to have better natural leadership, and two, to keep the boys in line.

So just to clarify on that, let's say I've got a group of boys that are down to like five boys, but then I've got a group of boys right next to them that are like 30 or whatever. So that group of five, their leadership would be 30, right? Because they're next to that unit. Am I correct in that?

A unit with stability can use the number of models in their unit as their leadership characteristic. And that's period.

So that their leadership characteristic no longer capped at 10.
