and they bludgeon the hell out of East Texas A&M.

What a difference that 120 minutes of football can make.

not quite yet on Bobby Bowdenfield,

Folks were happy to be showing up at Hotel Indigo, walking into the stadium,

and they are going to go home happy if they didn't already hit the tailgate lots about an hour and a half ago.

It's nice when we are just a little under two minutes away from the largest margin of victory in FSU football history.

That's always a good thing.

We like to see that.

And I think it also helps because there's some validation a little bit.

Look, I know you can't take much when you're playing a downtrodden FCS team, but a good, really elite, good team, this is what they do to these kind of teams.

We've seen these struggling Florida State teams that might have won this game 42 to 17 or something and kind of muddle through.

So it shows you whether it was guys hitting on defense, closing their gaps,

guys on offense making that little extra move, making the extra block they needed to do,

making the right read.

They were doing all the right things, not committing silly penalties.
