I wish I could have learned all of the stuff back in my 20s.

And this is just life, I guess.

You learn as you grow, right? The stuff that I know now, it's the stuff that I didn't know that I didn't know. Like role duplication, like you just said, like knowing that I don't need to be doing this. But you don't think that when you're doing it. Like I just talked earlier about me sitting in a plow truck a couple weeks ago. I didn't need to be friggin doing that.

Somebody else should have been in that truck.

frigging doing that. Somebody else should have been in that truck. But you still do it. But getting yourself so you can duplicate yourself and have somebody else do it. Or say, you know, I'll do this like every day. I'll look at the list of stuff I have to do and I'll say, okay, I got 100 things to do today. maybe I only have 10 things I have to do today.

There's 90 other things on there that other people can be doing.

And you know what?

And you've built a $10 million plus revenue business in an industry where I think it's a niche,

at least from, it's not a sexy business model that a lot of people talk about online when

you think of like social media and influencers.

No one's talking about this. But I think a lot of wealth can be built in these boring businesses that a lot of people are overlooking. You're right. It's a $189 billion

industry. Damn, is it that big? Well, I know there's roughly about 330 million Americans

in the U.S. population-wise, homeownership 65, 67% nationwide.
