struggle with in various ways, and sometimes more intensely than others throughout our lifetimes.

Maybe you're going through a very difficult time right now and you're struggling with this

temptation to worry. And I find it's really helpful to think of it that way,

that worry is a temptation. We're tempted to worry. Sometimes we just feel like we're victims of it,

but I'm a big fan of reminding ourselves that we are the boss of our thoughts. We are in control of our

thoughts. And so if you're struggling right now
