The holiday season is upon us, and the government has a wish list of gifts it needs lawmakers

to get done before the end of the year.

Their legislative appetite might be bigger than their political and parliamentary and I would say time stomach.

World leaders are considering for the first time international rules for artificial intelligence.

I think not just the U.S. and China, but frankly lots of large governments around the world

are going to have a collective

interest in trying to ensure that it is illegal and there will be consequences if any actors

decide that they're going to move ahead with deploying AI militarily in those ways.
