self. Okay, that was just last year for you. Abby, so what would you tell yourself last year?

So for me, I was trying to figure out something that would be both hopeful and encouraging without being too cryptic.

Because for me, I live in worst case scenario land and always think the worst is going to happen.

So I wanted to give myself something that would give a little bit like hit that like things are going to be okay.

But everything I came up with kind of, I could still spend to be worse case.

Can we dive into that for just one second?

So what's the defense mechanism there?

So if you're, because it just seems so stressful to me to always think the common denominator in every problem is going to be the worst case scenario.

Mentally, that would be exhausting for me.
