So it's not very often that we get an email that we look at in all of our jaws just drop in this one

it has to do with a birchial listener selling a house and a racist neighbor so we brought katie

in on this also and let me read this for you guys uh hey birchah i need some advice my husband and i

are selling our home and three acre property in a somewhat rural area.

While our neighbors aren't super close, my driveway is shared with my neighbor. Little backstory, my neighbor used to own our house.

He sold us the main house years ago and turned the pool house into his home.

He owns the property pasture behind our house and his son lives to the left of us. In other words,

he owns about 20 acres with the exception of the three acres we're on. We're currently under contract.

Here's my dilemma.

We were outside one day and my neighbor came over and said he hated to see us go.

Then he casually said, I don't care who you have moving in here, but it better not be that word, the N word, I'm assuming, right? The hairs on the back
