And so this exact thing happened to be a few days ago and where I was scrolling. And

there was this video that popped up. And the whole thing is like six minutes long. And it's a little

rambly. But the whole crux of it is basically how this guy is saying that being nice sometimes

can be the thing that's hindering you from living a complete and full life. And this is from at KTVille underscore on TikTok.

When you think of being nice, like what comes to your head?

Like, oh my God, if someone tells you like, you're so nice, like you'd feel great.

You'd be like, oh my God, I am nice.

Like people like me.

No, no, no.

When people say that you are nice, people

pretty much mean that there's no friction between you and them. It's like a breeze. And if you're

someone who has not practiced that kind of idea of friction to be like to disagree, then anything

that has to do with a slightest bit of friction with other people feels like, oh my God, oh my God, like they're going to hate me.
