Hello, welcome back into the podcast that we like to call from the podium. We're to hear

directly from your Kansas City chief, some host audio producer of the Arrowhead Pride podcast

network, Steven Serta. On Wednesday, the chief's return to the practice field to continue their

preparation for Saturday's divisional round matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

We heard from offensive coordinator Eric B. Enemy, defensive coordinator,

Steve Spagnolo, special teams coordinator, Dave Tob, defensive line coach, Joe Cullen,

quarterbacks coach, Matt Nagy, and defensive backs coach Dave Merritt. We'll go in that order,

starting with Eric B. Enemy, followed by Spags, then Dave Tob. After that, we'll take a quick time

out when we get back. We'll wrap things up with Joe Cullen, Matt Nagy, and Dave Merritt. Here's

Eric B. Enemy. Every year we set a goal. All right, and obviously we set it as a team. The number

one objective is to do what is the winner of C. West. All right, the next objective is to establish

home field advantage. All right, last objective is to go out and win the Super Bowl.

Now, we're in that playoff season time. Our guys have an understanding that

every day, every moment matters, okay? One thing I think we do a great job of, and coach

reads sets the tempo with this. And we talk about this each and every year. We have to create an

energy. As a coach and staff, we got to bring in that energy to provide juice to our players about

what we're pursuing. The next thing, we eliminate the distractions, okay? We want to keep all the stuff

out of our way, keeping it out of these walls, and making sure that we're focused on what needs to

get done. We fear absolutely nothing. It's all about embracing the challenge, okay? And then we

attack everything. You got to have a plan. You got to execute your plan, and you got to go out

and make it happen. What that said, I'm all he is.
