that taking a bit of time out and talking about stuff, even if it's to a complete stranger,

has helped me no end. Therapy isn't just something reserved for those who've experienced trauma in their

lives and are looking to rebuild themselves. Not at all. It's an imperception that is. It can help

you learn how to recognise your own limits and develop your own boundaries. It can help you make

changes in a positive way. All that good stuff that helps you be the best version of

you that there is and help you look after yourself as much as you look after others.
