I had the pleasure of meeting Kristen at a female founder collective event when she came to me, told me her brilliant idea for a portable pet crate, but was also working a full-time job and wanted to start a family. And I told her, sis, pick two. You can't do all three and survive. I heard from her a couple months later. She is full

time on Craidaway and she's pregnant, which I'm so excited that she is launching not one,

but two babies. We talk about what inspired her to launch this company, how she's changing and

innovating in a very competitive market, and how she's going to approach doing many things at once.
