So and that has been a really, really long journey of getting to that place. But visibility in and of itself is not about performing as someone else. You do perform, right?

When you're on stage and you're kind of, there is a performance element, but it's not performance of self.

It's ensuring that your message is received the way that you needed to. The difference between me saying

this and I'm going to versus like yeah and I is performance right, but I'm still myself.

Talk about your background a little bit and what brought you to podcasting.

Because I think it's a different story, but similar to the way I found podcasting.

I had a PR agency doing stuff for clients, realize podcasting is really the way to go.

But that's my short version, but I want to hear your longer version.

So my longer version is like really long. I've fell in love a storytelling from like a kid. I was born and raised in
