often talking about environmental issues, it's easy to overlook the fact that there's almost

a privilege to be able to care about these things, because when people are stressed by income,

by affordability, by access to quality education, by a million other things that are going

on society, that's not going to be the first thing that you sort of put yourself to.

And so it's almost like it's hard to talk about how do we go about building these,

you know, understandings and collaborations around environmental goals without looking at it

in the greater kind of social ecosystem that all of these things put pressure on each other.

And sometimes that means, like, if you can create workforce opportunity, then that allows

people to be a bit more sensitive and tuned into, you know, some of the other sustainability issues

that are in front of mind when, you know, there are more pressing things in your life.
