Hi, Revels. It's your host, Pepper. Welcome back to the Rebel Girls Weekly Sports Show. Let's go. I'm excited for this episode. I am totally slagged out and ready, so let's do it. There was a ton of news this week in the world of the Olympics and beyond. So let's get right into our Rebel Report.

The Olympics are an amazing time, and I've learned this lesson many times, to start watching

and get hooked into different sports.

For me, in the Winter Olympics, that has been the U.S. women's hockey team for sure for a number of reasons.

They've been so dominant.

Layla Edwards made history as the

first black player on the US women's national team for hockey, which made me immediately

want to root for her and her team. They have five straight shutouts, which is insanely

impressive. And they're playing Canada in the gold medal game, which is very exciting. So tune in to them.

They are killing it in the Winter Olympics.

Switching gears from the Winter Olympics to a Summer Olympic champion,

Jordan Childs, as a gymnast for UCLA this season, has been doing amazing four straight perfect tens on the floor,

which is my favorite aspect of

gymnastics as a whole but especially Jordan she is always so fun to watch
