Summary

In this episode, I’m joined by my incredible business partner Nate to share the raw, behind-the-scenes story of how Rootify and our first product Cycle Sync came to life. This is something I have been SO excited to share with you guys. It is truly a company and product built with all of you in mind and I am so proud to be a part of it.

Here’s what we dive into:
— The real reason we created a hormone-support supplement for women
— The shocking truth about how underfunded and overlooked women’s health research actually is
— What it’s really like to build a wellness brand from the ground up
— A full breakdown of Cycle Sync: the ingredients, the science, who it’s for, and how it helps
— A sneak peek at the powerful products we’re launching next
— And so much more — you do not want to miss this one!

This episode is for anyone dreaming of building something that matters — or anyone who’s interested in learning more about their hormones, menstral cycle or womens health.

Strong roots. Stronger you. 💛
