You're all about the regiment.

I mean, when you're an athlete, it's like you show up and you do that thing no matter, no matter if you hurt, no matter if you feel like it, no matter if you're sick. Yeah. You show up for that practice or that workout every single time because you understand that that discipline becomes now second nature in the moment of truth. Yeah. When you're on the phone or the, you know, you get the lead. You're so disciplined that it's now reflex. Yeah. Yeah. And the small things compound into the big results. So I, you know, I was trained that way in athletic. So I knew that it would all come together and it would build on it on itself. Welcome. I'm here with my good friend and we've known each other now, what, Anthony?

Five years, I think.

Yeah, you came through a mentor program I have five years ago.

And it's been really fun to watch your journey go from like brand new beginner to where you're at today doing multiple deals a month and really just building a fantastic business in Jersey. And to kind of be a part of that journey a little bit, I just feel so blessed, Anthony. I'm just so grateful to have been a part of your world and to see you do all that you're doing. And the more I've gotten to know you, the more I'm just so inspired by your story and your journey. And I would love for you to share with the audience. There's somebody that is in those beginning phases, maybe working on their first deal. Maybe they've came in and laughed and they're, or they've done some deals and they're struggling to figure it out. Or, you know, like that's a lot of people. It was you. I remember feeling that way too. Yeah. So I would love, Anthony, if you could share a little bit about your start.

You came in, you left, you came back.

And then really what I'm so impressed with is how you made this 12-month plan and you just buckled down.

You hyper-focused and you followed the plan relentlessly.

And then where that led you now to today. For sure.

It would be fun to hear this.

Yeah.

So just real quick being an athlete, I was at Penn State, won an NCAA title and then the

next goal after that was to make the Olympic team.

And so in that process, I broke my shoulder and my Olympic dream was shot for 2020.

And the guy that I beat went on to win the Olympic gold, which dug it in even deeper.

But I did my best to trust in God and then COVID hit.

So we all had a lot of time on our hands. And then I kept seeing Jerry's

face on my YouTube channel. So I started watching. Real estate was always like in the back
