with the story, JD. I love what you said early on before he started recording. You were like,

you know what? I started out a couple duplexes, then mobile home parks, then I met Jake and Gino,

start doing seller financing. Start from the beginning. Why monthly family? Why real estate for you? You know, so I was actually investing in the stock market and doing some of that

stuff and it just wasn't doing it for me. I didn't feel like I had any control and it was really

more of a guessing game. So I felt like I was always taking

chances. Things just weren't going well. One day I'd be happy. The next day I'd be sad.

That's how it was, you know. And the thing about the thing about real estate, I knew if I could
