0:45.9	with the story, JD. I love what you said early on before he started recording. You were like,
0:49.8	you know what? I started out a couple duplexes, then mobile home parks, then I met Jake and Gino,
0:57.8	start doing seller financing. Start from the beginning. Why monthly family? Why real estate for you? You know, so I was actually investing in the stock market and doing some of that
1:03.5	stuff and it just wasn't doing it for me. I didn't feel like I had any control and it was really
1:08.2	more of a guessing game. So I felt like I was always taking
1:12.4	chances. Things just weren't going well. One day I'd be happy. The next day I'd be sad.
1:19.0	That's how it was, you know. And the thing about the thing about real estate, I knew if I could
1:24.9	figure it out and how it worked, I knew I could make it happen.
1:29.5	I knew I could get some passive income going, that sort of thing.
1:34.1	It's interesting that you say that I got to really rip that comment down really easily for everybody.
1:39.5	This is why people don't make money in the stock market, when jd and when gino are really feeling happy
1:45.0	they're going to push the buy button and what happens when they're happy is everyone else is happy
1:49.5	and the stock price is up when jd and gina are feeling a little sad you know they got yelled at by
1:54.4	their spouses or they got you know yelled up by their kids or they had a rough day at the job
1:58.5	they're sad everyone else seems to be sad about the same time
