a lot of real estate guys all want to do education at some point. And they're not the same skills,

really at all. Not even close. Yeah. And so they're like, why, I mean, I'm, I'm bigger than Dean or

Ryan. I do more deals. And I'm like, yeah, you don't know any of the skills. They're completely,

they're not even close to the same. Um, so I'm wondering, like at that time, too, with very little information available,

everything was very not like today. You couldn't go online. There was no online, so you couldn't

search it. Like, how did you realize like, okay, yeah, I want to teach people. I'm going to go run

infomercials and do events and it's brutal. And think about, you know, it's why Tony and I built mastermind.com. So when people want to sell what they know, when they want to teach people, it doesn't

just happen naturally.

Like you need a path.

You need a plan.

You need a blueprint, you know.

But I have to say that you're so spot on.

So think about this.

Think about if you had to start.

And the first thing you had to do was produce $150,000 infomercial, right? So I had to spend $150,000 for the infomercial. Whoa.

And then I had to buy $50,000 in media just to test it. Yeah. You don't know if it's going to work.

You don't know if it's going to work. And then I had to put all the, back then it was CDs and DVDs and booklets in the warehouse and I had to pay

a warehouse company. Then I had to pay a phone center to pick up the phone. Yep. And I remember

being about 200 grand in when 200 grand might as well have been 200 million bucks to me like and

half of it was on credit card. Yep remember being about 200 grand in i remember my sister

driving from virginia to new york which is about a seven-hour drive to sit me down like a intervention

like she was helping me get off drugs um to tell me how crazy i was that i'm gonna go broke and that was
