17 years old, they got into my first real estate deal with no money down.

And I just, I just always, people said, hey, if you don't have money, you can get into real estate with no money down.

There was, I'm old enough that there was an infomercial on TV with a guy named Carlton Sheets and he always never bought his program, but it was the no money down real estate offer.

mean so i i i'll just go a little detail because you have people that yeah understand real estate

so at 17 or 18 years old i just knocked on a gazillion doors of houses for sale like physically

knocked like i'd find a house for sale and i'd go meet the people and say if it's not selling

and i just try to make deals with all of them, if they would hold the mortgage, if they would lease with the option to buy.
