Katie Vall. Now, Katie Vol, we interviewed her a year ago. It's been like exactly 12 months. I can't

believe it. I cannot believe it. If you guys remember, we released her episode in January of 2022.

And we were talking about her journey through infertility. And it was one of our most popular podcast downloads. And yes, it really was.

And this just shows how many women and families are dealing with hormonal issues and infertility. And this is, this is a very, very

charged area for people. And so, Katie, thank you for sharing your story of empowerment through

your infertility journey and just how, like, how hard it is. And like, you really brought to light

how painful that journey is. I remember the

story you shared where it's like you go into a boxing rink every month and you're just like boxed

down. And then the next month comes and you go in prepared to fight and you're just boxed down and

you do this for like months and months and years. And that really hit home because like I don't think people who haven't dealt with

infertility really understand that pain.
