We are all flawed human beings. It's the human condition. We will inevitably commit mistakes and wrongs over the course of our life because we're in perfect creatures.

And one of the primary ways that we learn is through experience. And by experience, I mean through the experiment of getting things wrong a whole lot before we learn how to get things right.

I'm sorry seems like a great thing to say on paper and we learn it as little beings as toddlers.

But if we overuse, I'm sorry. If we use it kind of constantly all throughout the day, if we're apologizing for the day in and day out little human moments and frictions instead of saving it for the bigger mistakes, the wrong doings.

We're watering down. I'm sorry. And we're giving ourselves some messages that are hard to find within that simple little phrase of I'm sorry. So I'm going to try to break down this dynamic for you today.
