0:58.4	Like, literally, I've learned so much over the years you know from from from the other people and i would say i've learned about as much of what not to do as what to do
1:06.7	and i've got my own stories of what not to do right i've got my own list of that everybody does and so i just i just hang out with cool people and i've got my own stories of what not to do, right? I've got my own list of that. Everybody does.
1:11.8	And so I just I just hang out with cool, cool, smart people and I've learned a lot. But anyway,
1:15.9	this is about you today. So my buddy Jimmy said, man, you got to hear this guy's story.
1:22.5	And so that's what we hear. So give me a little backstory. So loan author, branch manager, broker,
1:28.4	where do you live? Just kind of give me a lay-all-that-good stuff. Yeah. Loan officer here in
1:35.2	Chattanooga, Tennessee. Are you native to there by chance? Chattano-I am. No, well, so I was born
1:40.8	in Columbia and then we moved over here when I was five. So you're native. So you're native, though. I'm native. Yeah, you've been, you've been in Chattanooga a long time. A long time. Okay, okay. I am native. Very good. And then, I mean, jumped right into it two, almost three years ago.
