0:49.2	158 doors. Could you imagine when you joined two or three years ago that you would own
0:54.0	158 units and you
0:55.4	would have jumped into it full time? Not a chance, not a chance. You know, you kind of are like
1:02.7	in that segment of mind frame of you're doing what you know. And, you know, we started with
1:08.8	single family flips. And when we were doing that,
1:12.6	it was working okay. And I think you just anticipate that you're going to keep doing that in Excel.
1:18.0	And we had no idea that there was this other side even possible. Why multifamily? Why did you
1:22.0	want to get out of your day job and get into the real estate business? Um, so at the root of it, um, I mean, everyone talks about like the financial freedom side of things.
1:31.7	And for Nick and myself, we have some rooted reasoning behind that financial freedom.
1:37.8	I personally suffer some from some pretty severe fertility issues.
1:42.8	And I have a endocrine disorder that really makes it difficult
1:46.1	for even like my day-to-day aside from fertility, but just like normal living, per se.
