158 doors. Could you imagine when you joined two or three years ago that you would own

would have jumped into it full time? Not a chance, not a chance. You know, you kind of are like

in that segment of mind frame of you're doing what you know. And, you know, we started with

single family flips. And when we were doing that,

it was working okay. And I think you just anticipate that you're going to keep doing that in Excel.

And we had no idea that there was this other side even possible. Why multifamily? Why did you

want to get out of your day job and get into the real estate business? Um, so at the root of it, um, I mean, everyone talks about like the financial freedom side of things.

And for Nick and myself, we have some rooted reasoning behind that financial freedom.

I personally suffer some from some pretty severe fertility issues.

And I have a endocrine disorder that really makes it difficult
