My name is Henry and in this episode, we are going to cover truly learning how to have a positive mindset.

You know, not just understanding it, but actually learning it and being in that vibration

so that you can create the abundance and create the life that you want to have.

But of course, before we get started, we're going to head down to Intention Beach so that

way we can slow down a little bit, zero in, knock out all that noise, any distractions

that you have going on, anything that just doesn't

resonate with you creating your high vibrational self so that way we can have a little bit of us time

and be the best version that we can be. So let's just go ahead and close our eyes and we're going to

take a deep breath for a second. And as we do, we're just going to imagine that our higher self is

on a beach. We can feel the sand in our toes as we're on this beach.

We already know our body starts relaxing as soon as we're on this beach because there is no stress allowed.

There is no work.

There is no kids.

There is no noise.

It is just you in your purest form.

Now, as you're standing on this beach, you realize that this is a high

frequency area. So the wind that is coming towards you is high frequency. The air you breathe is

high frequency. Each movement you make is high frequency. Everything in this area is designed to level

you up. Now we're going to take a

deep breath in and when we do, we're going to feel all the negativity, anything that no longer
