Why multifamily for you? I mean, what were you doing? I know you're a business guy. You're knocking

doors, door to door salesmen. Let's get to meet Anders first. Yeah. I mean, I think I was always, when I got into sales and door to door sales, I mean, you're knocking on hundreds of doors a day. You're getting doors thin in your face, people yelling at you. And I've never met anybody in the industry that says, oh, yeah, this is my lifelong career. This is, this is the industry

that everybody has the idea that they're like, oh, yeah, I'm going to do this for two, three more

years. The money's amazing, but just the rejection and the, just the lifestyle isn't ideal,
