I'm excited to be here.

This is really interesting for me because I remember when you had joined the community,

you had bought this deal, I think, up north, and it was a disaster,

and it was a lot of work.

I got a cheap deal with the high cap rate. This is a deal.

And I remember saying, bro, I hope you fix it up and get rid of it. But let me not steal a thunder.

Why multifamily for you? I mean, what were you doing? I know you're a business guy. You're knocking

doors, door to door salesmen. Let's get to meet Anders first. Yeah. I mean, I think I was always, when I got into sales and door to door sales, I mean, you're knocking on hundreds of doors a day. You're getting doors thin in your face, people yelling at you. And I've never met anybody in the industry that says, oh, yeah, this is my lifelong career. This is, this is the industry

that everybody has the idea that they're like, oh, yeah, I'm going to do this for two, three more

years. The money's amazing, but just the rejection and the, just the lifestyle isn't ideal,

especially if you're going to start having a family. So I started before I was married, had me kids, and I had that same thought.
