And I'm really intrigued because, obviously, you started out going to school to be a trained chef.

Then you became a tech CEO who also still has, of course, a hand in the kitchen. So can you talk to us a little bit about that journey from being in the kitchen to building tech for people who want to

do better in the kitchen? Yes. Look, it's, I think like most stories, it's less linear than it would

appear on paper. And I always

kind of had a conscious choice to try to learn from the best. So the long version of this story

starts in my grandmother's kitchen when I was seven years old. I grew up in Mexico City in a

family of chefs and restaurants and just in two families that have a really strong passion

for food. And so food has always been kind of my means of personal expression and something that I'm really, really passionate about. And so it was kind of an interesting journey. I started cooking. I was seven years old. I went to culinary school in France when I was 18. I worked in a family restaurant in Mexico City when I was kind of 18 through kind of early 20s.
