Even in high school, I think people look in school starting to realise like, oh that's

true, that's like the girl who posts or her meals online. And at this point, my page

wasn't even that big, but the word was spreading really quick. People saw that I was literally

thriving on this lifestyle. I was eating in so much abundance, I was feeling amazing. I

always talked about how a digestion was so good as well. We all kind of went through a phase

where we were eating meat, we had no idea about what was going on in the industries, what

like the impact it had on the environment, on our health. So coming from that and knowing

that people aren't educated about it, you have to be super patient with them and show

them all the foods that you can eat, educate them about it. You'll see that over time,

you'll start planting seeds. At the end of the day, it all comes by leading with example,

I don't like to argue with other people or like force other people to do something, but

also educate them and just show them as an example myself of how I'm doing.
