0:27.6	read this verse of scripture that we'll probably pick up on. Now, I must admit that whether it's
0:34.0	the Passion Translation or the Message Bible, there is much deliberation amongst the um how
0:40.4	should i say the brilliant establishment of theologians and scholars on whether or not these are good
0:46.4	translations can i just say ladies and gentlemen any english translation uh is not perfect you have to
0:53.3	understand that there are english words and there were no words in the Greek or the Hebrew for those English words. And so I urge you that you learn how to do word studies. If you don't know how to do a word study, man, you can download the Bible app for free, download a strong concordance, call a friend, type into pastor chat,
1:13.4	will help you do word studies. But I find it funny that oftentimes people like, you know,
1:18.3	Judah, I get emails, like, you know, you can't use the passion and translation. I'm like, well,
1:22.2	the truth is, you got to look at every English translation and go back to the original language to try to get the full
1:28.9	breadth, height, and length of the meaning of the word. Is that fair? So for all scholarly people that
1:34.7	are concerned that I'm wearing an oversized suit and reading from the Passion translation, one's called
1:40.1	fashion, the other's called research and study. Okay, here we go. Hebrews chapter 12 and verse one,
1:47.7	as for us, we have all of these great witnesses who encircle us like clouds. So we must let go of
1:54.4	every wound that has pierced us and the sin we so easily fall into. Then we'll be able to run life's marathon.
