1:01.3	Dave became a licensed realtor and residential home builder in 2001, but it was affected by the real estate crash of 2007 to 2008 and was forced to drive trucks part-time until the market rebounded.
1:13.0	Since his return to full-time real estate, he's been awarded with the Remax of Michigan Technology Award in 2012 and has received the 100% Club Award four years in a row.
1:18.4	With his wife Linda working alongside him as an assistant, Dave joined the coaching program in August 2015 and has since seen his sales increase 83% over last year.
