We're joined today by Dave Vanderwoody, Associate Broker with Remax of Grand Rapids in Michigan.

Dave became a licensed realtor and residential home builder in 2001, but it was affected by the real estate crash of 2007 to 2008 and was forced to drive trucks part-time until the market rebounded.

Since his return to full-time real estate, he's been awarded with the Remax of Michigan Technology Award in 2012 and has received the 100% Club Award four years in a row.

With his wife Linda working alongside him as an assistant, Dave joined the coaching program in August 2015 and has since seen his sales increase 83% over last year.

When Dave's not working, he enjoys life with Linda and their three kids

on the farm where he grew up, where they board horses and raise grass-fed beef. Now, let's

Real Estate Coaching Radio show. I really appreciate you being my co-host.

one of the reasons I was enthusiastic about it is not just because you've had such a huge increase

financial storms. And, you know, frankly, you've proven your chops and tough markets. And now,
