Summary

Amy and Kat kick things off with a very important debate: cold fruit vs. room temp fruit (riveting, we know haha). Amy also shares her new sardine era and her intrigue watching a woman put a banana in an air fryer. Then they get into 4 listener emails: navigating a new therapist after 10 years with the same one, a love letter to local libraries (you'll want to go immediately), a book recommendation for the pending “book club,” and a request for a "Have the Day You Need to Have" sticker. Plus, Amy drops hints of a possible live show this year.

Kat and I consume oranges differently. And I'm curious to know how others do it. Kat came over and I had an orange sitting out like I'd opened it and it was just sitting on the counter and she was like, oh, are you eating that? And I was like, oh, I'm waiting it to get back to room temperature because I put it in the fridge and I realized I don't like the big,

Like, oh, I'm going to catch it. No, I don't know if that I'm going to catch it. It just gives me the hebie jubis. Yeah, they're weird looking. And I feel sort of, uh, about the way the oranges look. However, I get over it real quick
