I first met John about nine years ago when he came to speak at one of the first

capitalism conferences.

And I was impressed with what he has done as a business person, but even more impressed with who he

was as a human being and how he saw the world.

We've become acquaintances over that time, and I invited John to give a talk to our mastermind

group here in Austin, Texas. John is launching his

new book, which is called The Whole Story. I'm not a fan of memoirs, but I loved reading it because this

man and how he sees the world is so fascinating to me. And it was a peek into how he views a myriad of

topics, including capitalism, love, and
