We could talk a little Nebraska wrestling, but first want to start giving heartfelt condolences to the friends and family of Alan Vera.

Alan passed away Monday night. He had a, he suffered cardiac arrest later in the summer,

like a month or so ago and then passed away on Monday. Very, very sad news. Leads behind a wife,

Elena, Pyruscova, Vera, who was an amazing wrestler, a world champion wrestler for Team

USA and a two-time Olympian and a daughter, Alina.

So, so sad, so shocking to see someone who is so accomplished and fit as Alan Vera pass away.

allan uh allen's family uh through this very very difficult time so super sad way to start the show

definitely a shocker to learn that um but yeah wanted to make sure we we began with that because
