22 | Happy Tuesday, everyone! This week, we're diving into one of the topics I get asked about the most - making & maintaining friendships in your 20s/adulthood. I'm talking through why I feel like adult friendships can be more difficult, HOW to make friends in your 20s & how to maintain them, and some other general thoughts and tips on friendship.

0:05.8	Happy June also. Literally looked at my phone the other day and saw that it was June 1st.
0:11.7	And I was so confused because how are we six months into 2023? I don't know. And it scares me
0:20.3	how much faster time feels like it goes as you get older.
0:26.4	I know that that's probably a widely felt sentiment, but it is actually insane. And people will tell

0:39.6	all these years are gonna fly and it is so true and it's kind of scary i don't know if it's because
0:45.5	i don't know what is going on there that's not the point of this episode but my god is it because
0:52.1	i feel like maybe i'm less present now because I have so much more going on
0:57.8	that I'm an adult or what is it that makes time feel like it flies?
1:01.9	We're six months in the 2023 and I literally feel like it was just 2020 like three days ago.
