two Super Bowl champions to my left. A wealth of knowledge when it comes to this weekend. The

preparing for it and also playing in the big game, Jason McCordy and Sean O'Hara. Sean, hourly countdown at this point for a player. Are you at like the 48 hour? Do you wait until tomorrow to do that if you're playing in the Super Bowl? Yeah, you don't want to start counting the hours right now. You run out of toes and fingers. But Friday practice usually during the week is always we call it Fast Friday. Some big guys call it fast food Friday, but it's all about fast. You want to be quick, all right, no back on the balls. We know Bob's as we call it, back on the ball. So no errors. You want Friday practice to be clean, to be fast, save the physical for Sunday. But you also want to make sure you catch the football. I had a had a rough, rough practice during the week, David Thierry, and he redeemed himself on the game. So don't take the practice. If you have a bad practice, don't let it carry over on Sunday. And that's all that counts, as long as you see that confetti on Sunday afternoon. That's all that counts. That's all that counts. Our next guest is with the guys in Arizona. He's a man that deserves a lot of congratulations, not only for everything he has done in the NFL, both on and off the field, but also why he's being celebrated this weekend. He is the head coach of the Washington Commanders, and we are fortunate to welcome back to Good Morning Football, Ron Rivera, along with Peter and Kyle. What's up, guys? We got coach. I love this. Jamie. Just said, it's great to see you. Good morning, guys. Good to see you guys. Good to see you guys too. Thanks for getting up so early. We saw you last night at NFL honors. What were you presenting? And how cool was that to be able to do that? Well, what I was doing was basically recognizing the Ukrainian League of American Football. There were four of the gentlemen that participated in it.

We wanted to recognize them because of the fact that they stopped playing the game of football to protect their homeland, to protect their country of Ukraine, and unfortunately had to go to war. And it was a really cool moment. Those guys are very close to us as a show, and we've been through part of their whole journey. And I know they had a great time last night, but they always have their game face on, so to speak,

because they have very important mission.

You did a great job honoring them.

Ron sat right, I hate to say it, is that right behind me? It just came out like that, Ron. Oh, the indignity. Why did I say that like that? Ron said, me, we're right behind me. So I got up and I did my whole spiel, Ron, and there were no commanders in the Angry Runs finalists, but I'm hoping that maybe there will be next year. I'll tell you what. I struggle with the fact there wasn't. We'll talk about that a little bit later. Oh, really? Really? I mean, we can get right into it now. Let's not bury the lead. What are you struggling with? Well, I'm struggling with the fact that, you know, you showed some angry runs. I got to admit they were, well, they were a little bit upset.

They were perturbed. Yeah, that's probably a better way. Annoying runs. Yes, I mean, we had one and here we are. We're playing Atlanta. We're at home. We swing the ball out to Brian Robinson. And that, to me, wasn't angry. That was angry. Let's see the Robinson on the foul.
