0:31.3	Former president, Donald Trump, has had a very busy week.
0:35.3	On Wednesday, I talked about the trial of a Russian analyst who was used as a source
0:39.6	in the documents connecting the former president to the Russian government. That trial could end
0:44.8	positively for the former president because it can distance him and his 2016 campaign from their
0:51.1	reported connections to Russia. But two announcements yesterday threw some cold water on any positive momentum Trump

0:59.6	The first and biggest announcement is that the House Select Committee on the January 6th
1:04.2	attack at the U.S. Capitol unanimously voted to subpoena Donald Trump, which means they voted
1:09.6	to submit a legal document ordering Trump to appear as a witness, most likely to answer questions about his involvement in or knowledge of the events on January 6th, 2021.
1:21.3	This means if the former president doesn't comply with the subpoena, he could, in theory, face criminal charges.
