This headline is everywhere.

The Onion, that satirical news publication, just won ownership of Alex Jones Info Wars.

They won the bidding at a bankruptcy auction, and The Onion was backed by families of Sandy Hook school shooting victims.

Alex Jones owes those families more than a billion dollars in defamation payouts.

He repeatedly called that tragedy a hoax.

And now his company belongs to The Onion.

They own the website, the social media accounts, the InfoWore Studio, trademarks, the video

archive, all of it.

Jones has already commented, and he's not happy about this. He wants to try to

fight it. It'll be interesting to see where all of this goes, but the Onion owns Info Wars. That is an

unexpected headline.

All right, okay. On to sports. First, this came out yesterday. The Tampa Bay Rays will play their 20-25 season at the

Yankee Spring Training Ballpark in Tampa. They normally play their home games at Tropicana

Field, but it was hit by Hurricane Milton last month, and it's going to take a while to get

it all fixed up. They say it'll be ready for the start of the 2026 season, so until then,

they are

relocating. In Olympic news, three-time Olympic medalist Lindsay Vaughn just announced that she's

coming out of retirement. Six years since her last Olympic appearance, she's going to rejoin

the U.S. ski team for their 2024-2020 season. She's 40 years old. I love this. That's cool.
