Let's start today's episode with two new decisions out of the Supreme Court.

Yesterday in a 7-2 decision, the Supreme Court dismissed the third challenge for the Affordable

Care Act, aka Obamacare, by writing that there were public and led states bringing

the suit had no standing to bring the case.

However, the court still did not rule on the bigger question of whether Obamacare

can stand as law without the individual mandate, which is an entirely separate issue.

In another new opinion, the court unanimously sided with a Catholic foster care agency
