A Supreme Court ruling on Native American adoptions, a deadly tornado in Texas, and why your

next concert ticket might not have any hidden fees. That's some of what we'll get to on

Let's get you caught up with today's seven stories. First up, the man suspected of leaking U.S. secrets is facing more charges.

The case involves 21-year-old Jack Teshara.

He's an Air National Guard member accused of sharing hundreds of pages of classified

military intelligence on the chat app discord.

Teshara was indicted on additional charges that he mishandled classified documents.

The alleged crimes could send him to prison for years if he's convicted.

He's been in jail since being arrested in April.

Number two, the Supreme Court has ruled.

Number two, the Supreme Court has ruled in favor of a landmark Native American law.

We're talking about the Indian Child Welfare Act.

The law is designed to keep Native American children with their family or tribe in foster care and adoption cases if possible.

Before this law was passed in 1978, hundreds of thousands of Native American children had been taken from their homes

and placed with white families or in group settings.

The law was intended to rectify those past government abuses.

Justices decided in a 7 to 2 vote to leave the law in place.

Texas and a few others had argued that it was unconstitutional.

A few more Supreme Court decisions could be handed down later today.
