Hey friends, welcome back to yet another episode of Everyday Truth.

I'm here in my house with my Christmas tree blinking in the background.

Soon to be taken down, I hate the end of Christmas, but all good things come to an end. And so will this series.

We're going to finish today our series on just getting more out of our Bible. I feel as if I've

not done a great job with the series, but hopefully a practical thought or two has helped you to understand that just

reading your Bible or just trying to get in four chapters a day is really not the best way

to get the most out of your Bible. We have to come prepared, come with a heart that's prepared,

come with a mind that's prepared, ask the right

questions, take some time to think through context, read the passage through a couple of times,

saturate. We've talked about all of these things. I thought maybe a good way to end our series

on getting the most out of our Bible is to talk about five important

questions. And I feel like any time you read a passage of scripture, you ought to keep in the

back of your mind these five questions. And if you'll do that, I promise you, you will get so much more

out of your study of the Word of God. In fact, on Monday, we're going to start a study of the

Book of Galatians. Cannot wait to study the Book of Galatians with you. It's a powerful book.

It's a book all about the grace of God being sufficient in our lives. And I think you'll love it. I can't wait to start it. But here's

what I did. I actually looked at Galatians chapter 1 versus 1 through 5 and I applied these five questions to that first section we'll

talk about it on Monday so when we do it on Monday I want you to be thinking about the five
