Rille Reeve is going to start off in Patterson, New Jersey.

Here's some waterfalls that have also frozen. Good morning, Will.

Hey, George, good morning to you. So, yeah, behind me there, that waterfall in Patterson-Great Falls

has partially frozen over. That should give you a sense of the intractable cold that has gripped this region

and so much of the country in the wake of that storm that powered through at the beginning

of the week that has left at least 85 people dead, hundreds of thousands of people without power.

The cold has remained as another storm takes shape and takes aim.

This morning, the storm's death toll now at least 85 people.

More than 220,000 customers in southern states are still without power.

And Lake Effect Snow in upstate New York making for treacherous conditions.

A 50 car pile up on I-90 leaving drivers stranded for hours.

In Mississippi, parts of Interstate 22 still closed.

Hundreds of National Guard troops deployed to help clear the roads.

And in Pittsburgh, a car skidding off the icy road and plunging into a river.

I cannot say enough about the divers. It's sub-zero temperatures out

there and they actually had to dive through the ice. Rescue divers pulling the driver from the water.
