wanted when someone asked me to spot them at the gym. Today something awful happened.

I just apologized to this individual. You asked me to spot you. You again really, really

amped up to this lift. I can see you really focused. As I went over to lift the bar off

the rack for you, I dripped sweat right into your eyeball. It's what you signed up for.

You can see I'm in the middle of my workout. I just, I'm sorry. I can't say it's not going

to happen again, but I know it's up to you day. I know you're thinking about it right now.

And for me, you know, I just want to put this apology out there because I'm definitely

never going to talk to you about it. I never get a big eye contact with you ever again.
