spotlingly bright new year well let's hope it is for all of us, hey? So as we say goodbye to a

dreadful year and hello to a fresh new one, I thought I would just take a moment to look back at some highs and

lows as well as to look ahead to what surely must be, more highs and better times

all around, especially coming from the world of wellness and well being.

So where to start with the year just passed?

Well, as for so many, it was a year of huge change for me both professionally and

personally it started off pretty well my chosen word for the year was joy as I

wrote about in the new edition of my Lizzo Well Being magazine.

Yeah, well that didn't go entirely to plan did it and by March we were locked down my team

working from home, some staff lost, others redeployed, and a new

era of Zoom meetings and virtual photo shoots emerged.

I gave my first ever Instagram live which then swiftly

turned into a daily event hosting a short well-being show live from my home

every day of the week for 16 weeks or so adding in Facebook and YouTube as
