You're going to go. Hello. Hello and very nice to be back on the airwaves after a week in Italy. Gosh that was such a

restorative tonic to be able to be with the Italian side of my family even if only

for a week. And thank you to all of those who followed my travels on

Instagram you know it was actually really interesting to be one of the first in the

mainstream to fly out of Heathrow and just to see actually how incredibly well organized the airport at least terminal 5 was with the hand sanitizers or the COVID preparation. Well done Heathrow.

The downside of course was having to wear a mask the entire

time especially on the plane for the full journey except of course when everyone

took theirs off to eat and drink bit hard to do that with either a mask.

But there you go.

The one that I wore I had from a company

called Holistic Silk.

And this is a small British brand.

You may have heard me talk about them on my

Instagram TV or YouTube or Facebook lives, whichever you follow. And they also gave

honestly say that I really rate their masks. I think all of us have probably been through all kinds of different ones, haven't we paper and cotton and silk and even ones made out of old socks if you looked at my tutorial recently.

But these are supremely comfortable. They make them in soft mulberry silk.

It's very well cut, so it fits the contours of your face, it kind of covers your chin and your mouth and your nose, and it comes

with disposable charcoal filters. And mine is Plain Silk, it's a stylish plum colour, but I had a very

quick look on their website just now before I wanted to talk about them and I can see they've added some really fab printed silk designs.

So my guess is if we have to wear a mask it might as well be a stylish and a comfortable one and
