It is a truly fabulous location, I have to say, and I'm only sorry, I'm not able to share more of it across the airwaves,

Well, I'm certainly taking my time here to take advantage of the amazing locally caught seafood down here on the coast.

Sustainably fished using the old-fashioned pole-in-line fishing method,

and not eating the fish or the seafood that have been dredged up in vast unsustainable quantities,

indiscriminately from the bottom of the seabed,

which is such an incredibly destructive process.

Back home, actually, I always look for line caught on the label of any fish that I buy,

and here, well, I mean, that's just pretty much a given,

and eating just a couple of decent-sized portions of the oilier kinds of fish each week has been

shown to bring about significant health and well-being benefits,

from improved heart and cardiovascular health to mental health,
