Happy Valentine's Day. Yes.

For 50 years, GM has gone big on Valentine's Day, and this year is no different, but you're going to have to wait and see what our team

has planned.

It is big.

And we have a lot planned.

We put out the call for couples who wanted that ultimate Valentine's Day experience.

Hundreds of people sent us their love stories.

Now one lucky couple is going to have not just a surprise proposal, but a surprise wedding.

And it's happening live on GMA this morning.

Yeah, they're not watching right now, and it is not the only surprise and the only celebration this morning.

More than a million people are expected in Philadelphia for the Eagle Super Bowl parade.

I know it hurts a little Michael, but it's going to happen, and that is a live look hours before it kicks off and

we're on the parade route this morning. They deserve it. Good luck. They do. Enjoy it after today's

overfilled. No, it all in all sincerity. Congratulations to them. But we're going to begin with the

major cross-country storm. At least 30 states from California to Maine are on alert. It's bringing

heavy rain and mudslice to Los Angeles in the areas already devastated by the wildfires. Chief National correspondent Matt Gutman is in Los Angeles with the latest for us. Good morning, Matt. Hey, good morning, Michael. The rain's not quite over here. And we are at Duke's Restaurant, right on the beach in Malibu. It survived the January 7th, Palisades Fire, Inferno.

It was actually a place of refuge for people fleeing the fire,

but overnight it got swamped by one of these mud flows.

It's a couple of feet deep.

You can see that tractor still stuck there.
