Starting with the presidential race, the majority of Washington's presidential delegates are in support of Vice President Kamala Harris, heading into the Democratic National Convention next month.

The delegates voted 79 to 17 last night to endorse Harris. It was non-binding,

and nomination procedures won't fully get underway until next week at the earliest.

On the statewide campaign trail, Republican Semi Bird already says he'd declare a state of

emergency in Washington if elected governor.
