Starting with how the week is ending on tariffs for us in the Pacific Northwest, markets

seem to breathe a sigh of relief when President Trump paused most of his reciprocal tariffs

for 90 days. But Washington chief economist Dave Reich says our trade-dependent state is

hardly out of the woods. I would plan as if they're going to come,

at least in some form, and be planning accordingly for that. One of the strategies of the business

would be to bring in materials now before the reciprocal tariffs coming into place,

and then looking at your processes or where can you cut things, how can you change your production

to use less imported material?
