Hey, good morning. It's Patricia Murphy. It's Monday. This is Seattle now. Seattle's

Little Saigon neighborhood has faced some big public safety challenges in recent years,

from violent crime to public drug use.

Coming up, we'll learn about a grassroots project that's looking for a way forward.

But first, let's get you caught up.

The Seattle City Council will consider a proposal tomorrow that would rezone a park and soccer field for affordable multifamily housing.

If it passes, the rezone at 8601 Fremont Avenue North would allow for 53 housing units.

Tuesday's meeting starts at 2. If you've been waiting

for a reason to buy an e-bike, this might be it. Washington's e-bike rebate is accepting applications

for residents 16 and older. E-bikes, e-cargo bikes, and adaptable e-bikes are eligible for at least a $300 rebate, some people could qualify

for as much as $1,200. If you're interested, don't delay. You have until April 25th to apply

for one of the 10,000 vouchers that will be randomly awarded. And it's pizza week. Starting today,

look for $5 pizza slices and $25 pies at participating

restaurants you have until Sunday to try them all. I'd be honored to accept that challenge.
